Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using MeetIQ ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the app

MeetIQ records meetings and uses AI to generate transcripts, summaries, and action items. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the recording of conversations, including obtaining the consent of other participants where required.
• You are responsible for the content you record and process through the app.
• You must not use the app to record or process content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

3. AI-generated content

Summaries, key points, and action items are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as a complete or accurate record. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

5. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create with the app.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
